Description
In Waldorf schools around the world, teachers gather in a colleagiate way to discuss the school and the children entrusted to them, seeking to ground the school as a place of both material and spiritual education. These circles are called the 'College of Teachers', and are places where teachers work actively, collaboratively and meditatively on finding the best approach for each child.

Author
Roberto Trostli studied at Columbia and Cambridge Universities and was a class teacher for ten years at the Rudolf Steiner Schooli n New York City. He worked for 18 years, in Hadley, MA, taking a class from grades 1-8 and then founded and taught at the Hartsbrook High School. Since 2009, Roberto has been a class teacher at Richmond Waldorf School in Virginia. He is the author of Physics is Fun! and Establishing a Circle of Collaborative Spiritual Leadership.
