    Summertime is here and we’ve got the perfect recipe for you to try out with your wee ones. Make a cauliflower pizza dough base for some summer fun, whatever the weather. Use your favourite seasonal veg, like carrots, tomatoes, aubergine and bell peppers.

    A Healthier, Cauliflower Pizza Dough

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC (390 ºF).
    2. Break the cauliflower into small florets and place in a food processor or blender. Process until a rice-like appearance is achieved.
    3. Transfer riced cauliflower into a nut-milk bag or clean cloth kitchen towel and carefully squeeze out as much water as you can.

    4. Add the cauliflower to a large bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients until a dough is formed.

    5. Line a baking tray with baking paper and shape your pizza crust onto it.

    6. Cook for 25–30 minutes until the cauliflower crust is golden in colour and lightly browned on the edges.

    7. Add your favourite toppings and cook in the oven for another 5–10 minutes until crispy.
