To answer these questions, we recently launched a new app for the iPad and iPhone, When Wine Tastes Best. This app is based on Maria Thun’s biodynamic calendar for wine drinkers, When Wine Tastes Best, and shows you the best day to drink wine and which to avoid if you want to get the most from your bottle.
